Aim

• Stability and effective management of business processes depend on the stability of the components of the process. In order to talk about stability, it is important that the critical parameters of the components are constantly monitored. Observing and displaying the variability in the parameters and taking corrective and preventive actions to reduce the variability are the most basic elements of increasing process stability and process performance.
